Dial IQ., Inc. dba GoGoGuest (collectively, “GoGoGuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. GoGoGuest is a technology company that provides Products and Services to Merchants.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process (e.g., collect, use, disclose and/or protect) personal information when we act as a Controller. This Policy applies to personal information relating to:
(i) individuals who are registered users of our Services (“Users”);
(ii) individuals who are not Users but who access our captive portal technology in a Merchant’s physical location or visit our platforms (“Non-Users”);
(iii) personnel members of companies with a business relationship with GoGoGuest (“Merchants”).
